(Evanston) -- TriHealth already has four hospitals in the Tri-State: Bethesda North, Good Samaritan in Clifton, Good Samaritan Western Ridge, and Bethesda Arrow Springs.

They plan to build a $17 million, 60-bed facility near Dana, and I-71, in Keystone Park, next to the local American Red Cross headquarters.  TriHealth Rehabilitation Center will specialize in orthopedic rehab, neurological disorders, for strokes, brain, and spinal cord injuries, among others.

Spokesman Joe Kelly says they picked that location because it's about halfway between Bethesda North and Good Samaritan.  Once it's open, TriHealth will close existing those rehab centers.

They've already signed an 18 year lease with the developer of the property.

Groundbreaking is expected later this year, with completion in late 2015.
