(BATAVIA, Oh) - A man accused of hitting and killing a cyclist while intoxicated was indicted Friday. Investigators said Todd Shaw, 51, was driving drunk when he hit and killed Fredrick Casey, 51, on Round Bottom Road in Union Township then left the scene on February 21. 

Shaw was charged with driving under the influence and aggravated vehicular homicide. Shaw pleaded not guilty to the charges after being held in the Clermont County Jail on $500,000 bond. Prosecutors said Shaw was convicted of driving drunk six times in the past. 

The next court date for Shaw is April 15.
