(Norwood, Oh.)--A judge has ordered the Quality Inn on Montgomery Road to be closed permanently.

The hotel is currently under new ownership and will now have the building accessed to determine how to repair and renovate it.

Police forced everyone to leave the hotel on June 2, saying the hotel had several drug and prostitution problems.

(Norwood, OH.)—Both sides of the Norwood Hotel case will appear in front of Judge Robert Ruehlman Tuesday morning to discuss the future of the hotel.

The Quality Inn was closed temporary after police found it was a hot spot for drugs and prostitution.

The hotel owners have transferred their ownership to a third party that can reopen, tear down, or sell the property.

Judge Ruehlman had extended the shutdown earlier this week.
