A known crack cocaine dealer was spotted speeding by police, who took the opportunity to pull him over.

What 30-year-old Jarrod Brelan allegedly did next was unexpected.

Brelan led the police on a short chase, during which police said he three at least three handfuls of cocaine out of the car window, landing on his car, the road, and the police car.

When Brelan finally stopped, he claimed he did not know where the flying cocaine came from, suggesting it must have been raining cocaine.

Brelan was arrested and faces charges including cocaine possession and fleeing law enforcement.
