A Little Rock, Arkansas school district introduced a new set of guidelines for teachers, one of which requires them to wear underwear and shoes while at work.

New school superintendent Dexter Suggs said he created the guidelines to improve the "culture and environment" in the school system.

The guidelines also ban clothing with slogans, jeans, casual t-shirts, flip-flops, and hats.

Teachers were not happy with the new rules, nor the fact that they were introduced without consulting their union.
