A weatherman in Chicago went to southern Illinois to cover the eclipse yesterday, and got pretty emotional about it . . . . before the eclipse even started. He was talking about how some people cry when they see an eclipse, because it's a life-changing event . . . and then HE started crying. His name is Tom Skilling, and he's with WGN. Those of you from the Chicago know the weather gets him pretty fired up on a regular basis.
