Were you out in Dallas Saturday night? At about 2am (techincally Sunday morning, I suppose), Rachel Spelman (pictured) was struck by a dark sedan and killed.
Rachel was only 23, and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M.
The driver got out, looked at her body, and took off.
