A nurse in Utah was arrested earlier this summer because she wouldn't let a police officer draw blood from an unconscious patient, and the video was everywhere over the weekend. Her name is Alex Wubbels, and she's a former Olympic skier. She also happened to be in the right, and she already got an apology from the Salt Lake City Police. (The hospital's policy says they can't draw blood unless the patient is under arrest, or they have a warrant, or the patient gives consent.)
They did put her in cuffs, but she was eventually released without being charged. The video went viral because they carried her out of the hospital while she was kicking and screaming about being assaulted.
