An Elvis impersonator in Arkansas is running for OFFICE. And his legal name is . . . Elvis Presley. Elvis D. Presley, to be specific. He changed it from Joey Ashmore. He's the Libertarian nominee, and he wants to unseat a Republican who represents Arkansas' first Congressional district. He's 51, and it's not the first time he's run for office . . . he's run for governor, state Legislature, and land commissioner. Here's a local news report from back when he ran for governor.
