According to a new poll, the age when, quote, "musical paralysis" sets in is 29 years and 10 months. Not because people WANT to stagnate.
The majority of those polled said they'd LIKE to expand their musical tastes . . . they just feel like they're stuck in a rut, listening to stuff they already know.
the culprit here is ADULTING. Things like a demanding job or caring for children make music less of a priority.
