New Study says IF YOU Hold in farts, they can come out of your mouth

If you hold in your flatulence instead of just letting it rip, your body eventually will release it through your MOUTH instead.Quote, "Trying to hold it in leads to a build up of pressure and major discomfort. 

Clare Collins is a nutrition professor at the University of Newcastle in England.  And she just wrote an article with some really BAD NEWS for you.

 A build up of intestinal gas can trigger abdominal distension, with some gas reabsorbed into the circulation and exhaled in your breath."And yes, when it comes out of your mouth, it will smell like you have bad breath.So what should you do?  JUST PASS GAS.Quote, "The next time you feel a large volume of intestinal gas getting ready to do what it does, move to a more convenient location . . . the best thing for your digestive health is to just let it go."
