19-year-old Nicholas Carlmann Jones of Florida got pulled over recently, then sped off before the cop was able to complete the traffic stop. Then, an hour later, he called 911 to taunt them about it. Carlmann said he'd driven by four cops and wanted to know why they hadn't pulled him over.
He assumed they had his license plate number, but they didn't - they caught him because of the phone call!
