Anova And Other DFW Bands Playing Benefit For East Texas Tornado Victims

Sunday May 7th at The Curtain Club, many DFW bands are coming together to raise money to help the tornado victims of East Texas.  The benefit starts at 6pm. Anova, Stareview, Plastic Tongue, Paper Street and more will be playing. Only 10 bucks to get in the door! This is a great cause with great bands coming together to help our Texas brothers and sisters who need help.

I spoke to the guys in Anova and they are stoked about playing the benefit. Anova is a 3 piece band formed in 2016. Members include James Meldrum - lead vocals/bass/guitar. Bric Chaney - guitar/bass/harmonies. Joe Maurer - drums. James and Bric share the bass/guitar duties live.

Their EP "Within And Between" can be found on Spotify, iTunes and Google play store. You can also hear their song "We Will Fall" on Loud and Local Sunday night! Also Plastic Tongue's "The Blade".

Check out Anova's video and come out and support these bands helping the victims of the devestating tornado's that hit East Texas.
