The Man, the Legend - Hugh Hefner Dead at 91

Hugh Hefner died of natural causes at the Playboy Mansion yesterday. He was 91. And because he's Hugh Hefner, he's survived by his wife Crystal, who's only 31.

He had two TV shows, but neither lasted long. "Playboy After Dark" was taped in LA from 1969 to 1970. Guests included Joe Cocker, Sammy Davis Jr, the Grateful Dead, Linda Ronstadt, and Ike & Tina Turner, to name a few. If you've ever seen the video of Lenny Bruce doing comedy with Hugh and others around him, that was Hefner's OTHER show, Playboy's Penthouse, from 1959 to 1960. Yes, that's right, Hugh came up with Penthouse first. How you like that, Guccione???
