Magic Phrase to Help You Stick to Your New Years Diet Resolution

Behavioral psychiatrist Dr. Becky Spelman ran a study that found the key to staying motivated to keep New Year's resolutions to lose weight or get in shape is to hear people say you look "super hot."Very specifically "super hot."  Other phrases won't work.

"Hearing, 'You're looking super hot today!' resonates more than a straightforward, 'You're looking good.'  The words suggest that our friend is having a visceral, emotional response to our appearance."
